Something to Think About

A few days ago, Carter asked me why Daddy & I are bigger than him. I told him that we were bigger because we were older and had had more time to grow. He then told me that he would get bigger than us when he was 4. I was amused, and I today I told Kevin about the conversation. Carter was listening, and he added in, "Yeah, Daddy, I'll even be as big as God when I'm 4." We told him that no one could ever be as big as God because God created all of us. He thought for a minute and asked, "How old is God?" We answered, "God has always, always been here and always, always will be." His response was yet another question - "Did God even make God?" Kevin & I were both speechless. Oh, the mind of a 3-year old!
